Neither. Sami is a Retail AI Assistant that works with you through conversation. It recommends the next move, creates retail materials, and helps you continue the work after the initial launch.
What is included in the $499 purchase?
You receive the Sami starter kit for Codex and Claude, the guided three day retail launch, and the ongoing Sami operating workflows. The $499 is a one time payment. Any separate Codex, Claude, email, or third party service costs are not included.
What happens after day three?
Sami stays available in your chosen AI workspace. It continues helping with readiness, pricing, catalogs, retailer research, outreach drafts, replies, samples, onboarding, orders, and follow up work.
Will Sami send emails without me?
No. Sami prepares and checks outreach, then waits for your exact approval before any email is sent.
Does signing in give Sami access to my Gmail or password?
No. Google sign in on the setup page only verifies the email connected to your purchase. It does not share your Google password. If you later choose to connect an inbox, Google OAuth shows the requested permissions and keeps you in control.
Do I need retail experience?
No. Sami assumes you may be new to retail and leads with a clear recommendation, the reason behind it, and the next action.
What if my category is not a good retail fit?
Sami will assess the evidence, identify gaps, and recommend whether to proceed, improve readiness, or pause. The purchase does not guarantee buyer interest, placement, orders, or sales.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No. Sami is a digital product delivered after checkout. All purchases are final and nonrefundable.
Who owns the materials and buyer information?
You keep ownership of your brand information and the materials created for your brand. Sami, Retail Empire procedures, and buyer intelligence remain licensed resources. Buyer contact data is not sold or transferred as a downloadable list.
